This was just the intial HR phone interview. It was set up after the online application process. It went very smoothly, with the HR recruiter having more in-depth understanding of the IT job requirements than is typical. She asked detailed questions and was able to give some good information about the position. I have not yet heard back (just this week) so can't comment further about the full interview process.
Advice - look at each bullet of the requirements and have a planned response on how you would accomplish the task (e.g. critical success factors for establishing a data governance program, etc.)
