Entrevista
After submitting the initial online application, an email was sent right away with instructions on how to complete an online interview. This included recording your answers to three questions. The process was very straight forward and comfortable. I was able to complete the interview at my convenience, and even rerecord my responses if I thought I could improve.

They asked me to describe a time I was assigned a new task, and how I went about accomplishing it.

Entrevista
It was a pretty easy I’m person interview with 2 managers. It was about 30 minutes long and they asked a few questions. It was mostly basic leadership and customer service questions.
Laid back and thorough. Started with recorded video interview before setting up an in person interview. Questions were average and interview time was fairly short. Felt as though I was able to say what was needed

When is a time you had to deliver a difficult message to a coworker?
Was set up as a group interview, but was very thorough, and I enjoyed real-life scenarios that were posed for us to work through as a group. Not always a fan of group interviews but was handled effectively.
