I met with a supervisor and was asked about my customer service experience and my outdoor experience and favorite activities it was very easy to get the job. I was pretty much hired on the spot.

During the interview process the staff was Friendly there was a Standard zoom call interview. Once hired there is Group onboarding. Lots of information and in depth training. Training from the floor team was really helpful.
