I applied online, and I got called back a few days later. I had a small interview with the Sales Lead and a store Manager. The interview was very basic with typical questions. The sales lead asked all of the questions and the manager just sat silently. The phone screening process was pretty simple as well, standard questions (availability, experience, etc.).
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
