The interview began with a 10-key typing test, then an alpha typing test. Each test was timed. Following the tests, I met with the manager of the department and the manager of the office. Both were quite professional and prepared, while also being friendly. The interview was scheduled to be 90 minutes but ended up being 110 minutes, which I saw as a good sign. They were both genuinely interested in knowing me, and were not rushing me out the door.
