The HR team are completely useless and communicating the interview process and what to expect, I was told there would be three stages when there was in fact 2. I had a final stage interview and never received any feedback , totally unprofessional and caused unnecessary stress
First step is a web application via Workday, followed by several rounds of interviews with the hiring manager and different functions of the team. No specific exercises or tests, but general questions are asked about product.

The interview process was pretty straight forward. Started with a phone screen, then an in-person 1-on-1 with the hiring manager, followed by a final round of of 1-on-1s with members of the team. I found the team enjoyable to interview and left my positive experience.
What followed, however, left a very sour taste in my mouth. After my final round interview, I was strung along 7 weeks before finally receiving a rejection. That’s right, 7 weeks. I would go several weeks between responses to my emails and my bumps to those emails. Each time, I was assured that a decision would be made soon, and told to circle back at a later time. I would circle back again at the date I was told, only to receive radio silence again for a week before being given the same vague information. I have never interviewed with a company that has such disregard for a candidate’s time, or is this unresponsive once the process has already been completed. I have a highly negative opinion of Accuity and I do not recommend interviewing here unless you like being strung along.
