A phone call interview and then an in-person interview. Not very formal or hard, the environment was mostly friendly, making it easy to talk about myself, the company and the job

Welcomed into the factory openly and given a tour (this was pre-covid). Questions were based on how I would fir into the team and what I could bring to the team rather than my past experience.
