Polite and friendly. Jokes were passed around to ease tension between myself and the managing director. Very little technical questions were asked as they were more interested in my personality then if I can answer a few questions. Towards the end of the interview process he told me everything required for this job and to brush up on it so that when they start training me I can understand how things are done
