I applied online, and also called the store to speak to the hiring manager which I think they appreciated. I got an email to set up a phone interview a few days later.

Phone screen with the recruiter, on-site meeting in the showroom with the director, another round with a team lead on a video call. Overall was very friendly and helpful, they want to know you as a professional and make sure you are qualified to do the job and know why you are here.
