The overall experience was very positive. After submitting my online application, I first had a phone interview with an HR Coordinator, followed by a structured HR interview. This was then followed by a joint interview with the Area Manager and HR Director, and finally an in-person interview with the Store Manager. The entire process was transparent, well organized, and professionally conducted. All interviewers were well prepared, genuinely engaged, and communicated expectations, goals, and development opportunities clearly throughout.
