Interview was set up through a recruiter to meet with the hiring manager but when I got there it was a group interview including the HR manager who had emailed me the Predictive Index® login required prior to the interview. The results of the PI were displayed on the conference table in graphic form but never discussed. The position was for a subsidiary company that is very different from the main company function so my preparation did not match up with their wants for the position and this was not detailed in the job description provided to me through the recruiter. After discussing my skill set, then they told ma about the job and the division. About 2/3 through the 1 hour interview the HR manager leaned back in his chair, clasped his hands behind his head and stayed that way for probably 10-15 minutes, obviously having decided he was done with the interview.
