Interview process was a mix of panel interviews and active skills assessment. This would include doing some basic things in MS Excel and building a Power Point slide to illustrate a conclusion.

Multi-step interviews with team members on telephone and physically present with hiring manager, group manager. Also included a couple of behavior-based tests. Took several weeks. Interviews were in airports and client sites where offices were made available. Never visited HQ in Canada.
