It was quick and easy. There was a typing test and went to a couple of the call centers and talked with the managers and went through who was there and who was in charge and got the basic job tasks.

Extremely easy. Basically just made sure the basics were known. A bit more could be asked/expected depending on the campaign you were going to work on. Typically just one call and then would be assigned to a specific campaign unless the application was for a specific team.
