Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) em fev. de 2016
Entrevista
I applied online and received an email a couple of days later to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted 20 minutes and asked standard questions (Why ROI? Describe your qualifications, etc.). The interviewers seemed friendly and easy to talk to.
If you make it through this stage, they will bring you in to have a tour of their facilities and to take a 2 hour exam involving IQ tests, personality tests, grammar corrections, and other written tests. The building is nice with a fully stocked and free snack bar along with a game room. The office layout is mostly cubicle style and quietness is encouraged (The 'tour guide' whispered whenever we went into an active work space). This could be positive or negative depending on your preferred work environment.
If you pass this stage, they will call you again to set up an in person interview as the last part of the process. At this point they will begin to let you know the details of what a potential offer would look like including expected compensation and benefits. The Business Analyst position is full time but it is compensated on an hourly basis rather than on a salary level. The standard pay structure is as follows
First 6 months: $18/hr (roughly 36k/year)
Months 6-12: $18.75/hr (roughly 37.5k/year)
After 12 Months: $19.50 (roughly 39k/year)
There are also performance based bonus that can be in the 5k to 10k range.
So, assuming you qualify for the 5k performance bonus and work 40 hours a week, you're looking at roughly $42,500 in your first year, although with limited benefits.
Overall the interview process was enjoyable and thorough. However, the compensation was a bit lower than expected considering the difficulty of their recruitment process and how selective they are with potential candidates.

Show up for an IQ like test and a typing test, get a quick tour of the campus and you're on your way. Interviewer made me wait 15 minutes after scheduled interview time.

I had four steps in the process:
1. Phone screen with Recruiter that lasted 30 minutes,
2. Came in for a tour of the office, and then took an IQ/Logic Test, Grammar Test, and Typing Test that lasted about an hour and a half,
3, Had a more in-depth interview with the HR Recruiter I had been speaking with throughout the process.
4. Came in for the final interview with HR Recruiter I had been speaking with, Manager of the team I would be joining, and spoke briefly with another HR Recruiter as she had something come up and could not sit in on the interview.
At each step the recruiter was always very kind and was very quick with response turnaround. My first interview to offer took two and a half weeks, which was nice. They do not try to trick you with any interview questions, it mainly boils down to getting to know you and how you think in order to determine if you are a good fit for the role you are applying for. They gave me some reading material before the final interview regarding the position I was applying for, and it really did help me better understand what I would be doing. I felt as though the genuinely were interested in me, and everyone in the office was super kind and helpful while I was there.
They ask questions about your past experience, and want to see how you can tie that into the role you would be doing. You will be dealing with clients in this job so its important to know how to deal with different situations. (E.G. Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer)

Filled out the application online and within a week was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was scheduled for the following week. It was very standard however they did not go forward with the process.
