In my experience, many smaller agencies do not respond to applicants confirming the receipt of resumes. My experience with this company was HR confirmed receipt of the application/resume in 10 days later via email, set up a phone interview via email with HR 2 days later, and afterward sent the results of the phone interview 1 day later.

Phone Interview and Test - I didn't feel very prepared for the test, nor did I feel like I had enough time. Also, I didn't get the sense that the HR department was very organized. The company itself seems to be pretty good, but I didn't have the best interview experience.
