Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela ROI Revolution (Raleigh, NC) em set. de 2023
Entrevista
A recruiter reached out to me via Linkedin for a screening call and a few days later followed up saying they were not moving forward with my application. Two weeks later she reached out again for another screening saying they changed how they were evaluating for the position. This time I had a second interview with a Director and Associate Director along with the HR lady. Then they invited me to the office and flew me down to NC for an office tour and a panel interview with the same three people plus a a Human Resources VP. I also met with another Talent person the second day. Everyone was friendly and I felt all interviews went well. I didn’t get an offer and when I asked for feedback they said they have a no-feedback policy (which if you ask me contradicts their “Growth Mindset” value, but that’s me). First time ever I’m denied feedback specially after multiple interviews. ROI feels like a good place to work, everyone I met was nice and friendly. It was a relatively good experience but a little weird.
Thank you for taking the time to share your candidate experience. We consistently get feedback how friendly and kind ROIers are and I am happy to hear that you feel the same way.
We appreciate all the time you spent with us and wish you the best.
Best,
