Interviewing with ROI Revolution was a very positive and comfortable experience from start to finish. After my initial contact with the ROI Revolution team, I had two informal calls that gave me a great opportunity to get a feel for whether the role was the right fit for me, as well as to better understand the company and team structure. Next, I participated in a virtual interview with several team members from the department I was applying to. After that, I submitted references and was invited to an on-site interview. This final stage included a skills assessment and in-person meetings with the same team members I had previously spoken with. I also received a tour of the office, which gave me a strong sense of ROI’s values, collaborative environment, and company culture. Throughout the process, I was able to ask lots of clarifying questions to ensure this was the right decision for me. The team was not only knowledgeable and genuinely interested in my background and skills, but also came across as incredibly passionate about their work and kind in their approach. It made the entire experience feel very welcoming and inspiring. Overall, it was a smooth and well-organized process that left me feeling confident and excited about joining the company.
