After the initial screening, I had a video chat with someone with a non-technical background. We had a very casual conversation. They asked me some standard questions, and responded via email in about a week. I thought the questions were a little silly, as with most technical interviews, because candidates are being tested on their "knowledge" when most candidates with real world experience might not be able to answer. Defeats the purpose of having experience because memorised knowledge is more valued.

The Interview Process
The process was exceptionally thorough and professional, spanning roughly 8 weeks from initial outreach to the final stage. It consisted of:
1. Initial Talent Screen: A friendly, high-energy call with the Talent Acquisition team based in Austin. We discussed salary expectations (£75k-£80k range) and core motivations.
2. Team Panel: Met with three senior members of the London Implementation and T&I teams. This was a deep dive into technical competency, managing client expectations, and cultural fit.
3. Final Executive Round: A 1:1 with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This was more strategic, focusing on the company’s growth and high-level vision.
Timeline: The process is long (60+ days), which might be a challenge for candidates with competing offers.
• Administrative Silence: After the final executive round, communication became less frequent. A 14-day window without an update can feel like a "black hole," especially after such an engaging start.

Entrevista
Weird and unfair experience at and after the very first interview with a specific Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. The interview meeting invite email clearly mentioned (in bold letters) that as part of this interview - "We will also be going through some technical questions that will give us an understanding of your knowledge with C# .Net, Web & Database topics" - for which I had prepared as well. But during the actual Interview, there were just high level talks, very few casual questions on experience and NO technical questions asked at all, just a "Thank you for talking with us" and said that they would mail me the next steps in a couple of days. Then a couple of days later, received a Rejection email. I mean why waste candidate's time and efforts if you are not serious about giving them a fair chance to let them move to next rounds, and just filling your timesheets. Unprofessional and fishy to say the least.
