Phone call, face-to-face interview, English-Romanian written test, questions about last education level finished, questions about last job you had, questions about the automotive industry.
You will have the HR manager, your direct manager and at least 2 other department heads from that branch, that will put a lot of questions and will explain what they mean if you do not understand.
