Video conference/in person group interview process. Questions directed at your knowledge of server/vmware/san/MS knowledge. Must be familiar with various technologies for a small to midsize company because you have to be a jack of all trades. Don't expect you to know everything, but expect you to be able to find/or go to the right person to get the answer. Be honest and prove that you can learn.

First did phone interview and then face to face. The phone interview was fully technical. The face to face interviews was mostly technical and about 2 questions to check if you fit the culture.
