HR Phone screening followed by a presentation and in house interview which all went fine but as soon as I was interviewed by someone from Israel it all fell apart- I do not think my Surname went down well. And it did sound the hiring manager in UK was driven by the guy in Israel. But I think the interviews were good and feel learned from it but I would not work for them after what I heard about them not sure if that has changed though after they were acquired by EMC/Dell! Also, what I really did not like was the HR person did not give me updates and used to leave me without any input for weeks. It was left between myself and another candidate but they did not tell me that I had not got the job till they finished everything with the other candidate and the whole process for me to get that final feedback tool 10 weeks.
