Was contacted by recruiter, had 3 interviews. Was told that I was going to hear back from HR, sent a thank you letter to interviewers, but never got a response from anyone. A simple "thank you but we decided not to offer you a position" would be nice. I have never had an interview where I didn't hear back from anyone, especially after passing 2 rounds of interviews.
