Super laid back, two 30-minute conversations. They want to know if you will fit in the team, and also want to observe how you think. One with a manager and one with a partner.
Very friendly, 2 30 minute interviews. Were back to back virutal sessions; however, they did not feel very long at all and I feel like I still had things to ask when the time expired.

Mainly behavioral. One question was about a time you faced a problem.
Super simple! A manager interviewed me, then sent me to the partner for a second conversation. This was all done over video call and didn’t involve any technical questions. Great for college students!
