It involved interviewing with several leaders, and peers. Their provided information about the organization and its culture. I enjoyed meeting with everyone. Appreciated everyone's time and felt that the process was very useful in making an employment decision.

4 stages - application form, assessments, video interview, final stage. Ok experience. Failed at video stage which I found the hardest m however it is the typical process. Questions asked were reasonable. STAR Technique recommended.
Video interview and you need to record about 5 questions, questions are about your motivation and about you. for example: what do you do in your spare time etc
