Was asked to attend interview after sending in resume through jobs portal. They were more interested in looking for experienced staff without stating it seen through their facial expression. Very inprofessional in behavior themselves. Interview was mostly behavourial. Talk about what yourself

alright but got rejected. it was in a virtual assessment centre where i had to answer 7 questions and then work in a group for a task and then diary task where i plan my time and days.
