Standard graduate interview process.
- Online psychometric tests
- Online video interview. Competency based questions.
- I then had an interview with/gave a short presentation to two managers from the team.
- Final partner interview. Fairly informal.
HR were friendly and efficient throughout the process and I received my offer on the same day as my partner interview.

Video interview includes several questions relating to your skills, competencies, values etc.
Assessment centre includes group and individual tasks. Final interview is on the same day.

5 stage interview process
1 Cv, 2 numerical test (Gcse level) percentage changes and currency conversion etc it's not bad. 3 job simulation with some video interview parts. Practice online. If they email says it needs to be completed in 14 days, do it as fast as possible. Its a first come, first serve basis

Online assessment, questions to answer on video, interview. The interview is fairly relaxed. The online assessment was not timed. Fairly standard interview questions and they want you to use examples of things you have done rather than just what you would do in situations
