Lots of meetings and panels with various partners including competency, technical and general conversations. The various tax partners were all fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. They were different to that of the big 4 with respect to being open to a more tailored broad approach rather than focussed specialisms.

All scheduled through recruiting team, all interviews were conducted virtually, multiple interaction with multiple partners in the group and on the recruiting team. The entire process took over 1 1/2 to complete.
