3 rounds of interviews with different levels of employees within the company from different regions. All were very behavioral and set on getting to know you and your skill set. They were not there to grill you on tough questions but instead there to ask in depth questions about experiences you listed on your resume

A conversational interview focusing on getting to know you. Expect introductory questions, behavioral inquiries, and problem-solving scenarios to assess your personality and approach.

We aim to assess not only your skills and qualifications but also how you might fit within our team and company culture
For graduate scheme, numeracy tests, then job sim, then virtual AC which included group task, and individual interview, then an in person AC, which included group tasks and chat with a director.
3 rounds of interviews. Standard phone screen, technical knowledge interview with a singular senior team member, and a personality/fit interview with the team leader. Overall an pleasant and easy interview process
