Interview process had 3 rounds. First with a recruiter, second with the current PM team, and the third and final was a presentation of a PM case study to the PM team, head of HR, director of engineering, CRO and CEO. CRO and CEO were no shows.
The Glassdoor reviews caught my eye. When asking the recruiter what was the reason for the numerous bad reviews, she claimed that most of them were the product of a scam the make the company pay to scrub their Glassdoor reviews. She essentially suggested that none of them held any water.
At the time of writing this review. The PM team is very green. The most tenured PM on the team has only been there 6-7 months. When asked if these were backfills or new positions, the recruiter mentioned that the company had never leveraged PM's until now so that's why they are all so new.
It only took a quick search on LinkedIn to find people who had previously worked at the RTS Labs with "Project Manager" as their job title. All that I could get a hold of did not seem to view the company in a favorable light.
Proceed with caution.
