This was more of a performance eval. Had to prove I could develop a tool for internal use by the company. Make sure you hold on to your work when going through this process. If you don't get hired they still have your work. Overall the process was easy and I liked the opportunity to prove what I can do. It's a win-win situation sor both sides. They'll know whether you can handle the tasks and you'll know whether this is something you want to do. But, hold on to your work until you have the job. Like I said before, if you don't get hired they could still walk away with your efforts.
