It originally took a long time for them to contact me, but after that the phone interview was very quick. It didn't seem very serious, more of an informal conversation where they asked behavioral questions.

Asked questions about experience with excel and its functions.
Super easy, recruiter reached out, talked with the hiring manager and a decision was sent within a week. Everything was done via Zoom and all the was very relaxed conversation sort of style
It was a really insightful process. It was multiple rounds and helpful in regards to learning about the company. It felt like a great collaborative and stress-free culture in the company.

Applied online, contacted month later for video interview. Was told I should hear back within few days, no updates. Waited two more weeks, followed up with HR rep and hiring manager via email, no responses at all. Very unprofessional. At least do not give a specific time frame and guarantee an update if you are not going to ever respond.
