I was contacted by 5 different contracting companies for the same exact position. Clearly I am qualified. However, each offered different pay rates, all of which were poor. Bachelors degree required + 3 years of experience or more and be paid 19 an hour? (Thats about 38,000 per year) Rediculous. I wish I can work directly with them vs go through a contracting company.

I participated in a group interview on zoom. There were 4 employees there, both from the team I was applying for and their peers. Most of the questions asked were standard, generic questions and not actually specific to the role.
