Extended invitation to company hiring event following discussion with university alumnus. Flown to Tucson and accomodated in very nice hotel. Attended tour of facilities with opportunity for ongoing discussion with tour leaders. Later the same day, attended networking event to interact with representatives from departments other than the one for which I was originally scheduled for interview. Was able to schedule interview with supplementary department. Raytheon Missiles Systems has a well-organized and executed hiring event. The people were very accomodating and largely straightforward. The interviews were largely behavioral and conducted with individuals ranging in years of experience. Overall, a very positive experience.

It was an hour call with the manager. They asked multiple questions regarding my background and what i did at my previous company. They asked mainly behavioral questions and a few regarding experience with Excel and Project.
