I had to make 4 interviews, the first one is by phone you talk with an Hr girl and she talked to me about the enterprise, the benefits, the culture of the company etc, then I had to make a technical interview, basic java and oop and the next interview was more personal about how do you react against different situations

Just a quick interview, they only asked basic questions about java and also want to know about your working experience typically they also ask you question to know your out-of-the-box thinking.
