The process was a phone screen, skype interview and face to face. It was a great process, never had a skype interview before.the interview process was only 7 days long, it was thorough and I felt that the recruiter did a great job- The only thing about this process is that three people interviewed me- I don't really like that process, especially when the managers manager is sitting there. It can be some what unnerving
