Went through several rounds of zoom calls, completed a technical exercise. All feedback was positive and i was told that the final round was with the CTO who would extend an offer. The CTO did not show up to the final interview. The hiring manager apologized and rescheduled the meeting. The next meeting was pushed out again to a new date. Nearing the new scheduled meeting date, I asked for a zoom link and was completely ghosted, even phoned the hiring manager and never got a response. A week or so later the same job posting was back online.
