Entrevista
It started with usual HR call. They asked normal questions and scheduled the interview with Technical lead .
It was 90+ mins interview with mix of questions and a white board session. The guy was really smart and helpful. He never let me realize that it was an interview.
It started with Latest technology trends and my personal interests. Range of technical questions and why i would prefer one technology on another. White board session was longest where he drew a problem on the board. He asked me to give a end-to-end solution to the problem. He asked me to mention specifically which technology and why i would be
using.
After my solution he asked me couple of more questions around that solution.
In the end he gave me brief overview of the company and asked my salary expectations.
I got the offer next day with salary that i asked for. I was quick and professional i would say.
