Video call with a founder that was interesting and informative. He asked me to chat with another colleague. After sharing my availability via email she responded a week later that they had moved forward with other candidates. I found the experience to be incredibly rude and unpleasant. I understand that small companies have limited resources but they do have the bandwidth to treat candidates with a modicum of decency.

Applied online and received and email later to schedule a call.
Had the call with HR and then there was no further contact on the status. They could at least thank me and say they were moving forward with other candidates.
