hiring was very simple I filled out the application and got called next day for an interview the following day . I went on that interview and was asked to come 2 days later to meet up with the manager which I did and they made me stock an aisle and great customers at the same time which I did then they called me the next day to tell me I got the job to go to orientation .

First they send you an email confirmation for a virtual screening interview. If they liked what they heard, they'll schedule a phone interview with you. It's pretty easy if you're expecting/ready for a challenge.

You get 2 options a pre recorded or a virtual interview and if the person likes you than your schedule for an in person interview where they show you what you be looking to do. Practically the easiest place to get hired besides amazon

It was a normal, professional interview where the questions were fair, relevant to the position, and focused on real workplace scenarios. They asked multiple situational questions to understand how I would respond in different situations, making the interview structured, clear, and job-focused.
