Met with a recruiter, then moved on to see the store manager, and attended orientation after the interview process. Orientation was paid for. No hard questions were asked during the interview. They pretty much hire anyone.

The interview process was fairly simple. First, I had about 30 minutes to an hour with the recruiter. After that they did a background test and within about two weeks they have a decision.
