Three rounds of phone screens (HR, hiring manager, technical screen) followed by on-site interview with three separate panels (one by video conference). The company values teamwork, and it shows during the interview -- all of the employees were prepared with canned questions, but that didn't stop them from bouncing ideas off each other to screen me effectively.

My initial contact with Rackspace was over email where we set up a time for technical pre-screening interview. The time of the interview arrived but the recruiter called me later than she said she would. I was very impressed with the systematized interview questions, arranged into beginner, intermediate and advanced. If I didn't know the answer, the interviewer gave me the answer (which I thought was really considerate as that's a common post-interview questions "what was the answer to that question?"). At the end, she told me I had done better than expected. An interview with the hiring manager was arranged but ultimately fell through when I told them I wanted to work remotely.
