This was fora group within Rackspace, Object Rocket. I had one 30 minute phone interview and then a four hour interview a few days later. I met with a different set of people each hour and was able to take a minute break in between. Most of the people seemed knowledgable and nice, I got the feeling there's some politics between groups but that's not uncommon. The interview with the General Manager was the part that raised red flags for me. He asked questions that were a bit too intrusive for a job interview, which made me not trust him.
