Screening call post call out via LinkedIn - this took place over the telephone with the hiring manager First round informal interview 45 min - interviewed by 2 people 1 head of sales and another sales lead in the business Second round interview with tasks set - interviewed by 2 other people and then set some role play tasks Final round interview and presentation to panel - had to pitch and present a report idea to a panel of 4 people and conduct a q+a

It was quite challenging/combative in terms of questioning but I think this was their strategy at the time to make sure you had the confidence and ability to deal with high pressure situations
