The interview process usually involves multiple stages, and it starts with a phone call from the Human Resources department. In this initial conversation, HR may ask some basic questions to determine if the candidate meets the minimum qualifications for the role. If the candidate passes this initial screening stage, they will then proceed to the next step, which involves two interviews with department executives. During these interviews, the executives will probe further into the candidate's qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. Finally, if the candidate performs well in the first two stages of the interview process, they will be invited to participate in a final panel interview.

I was referred by another current TMP employee, and I received a phone call from the HR team within one week of referral. Upon completion of the phone screening, I heard back very quickly with regards to setting up an in person meeting. I met with five different members of the account team from management to current Project Managers. Each person was very clear about the roles, and expectations.
