Phone screen followed by an in person panel interview at their office which the hiring manager couldn't make because of a family emergency. Didn't receive an offer, or any sort of feedback following the interview, which I partially chalk up to the absence of the hiring manager. This is really sad coming from a company whose job it is to make companies look like attractive places to work. A simple "no" following the interview would've made this negative experience a positive one. Instead I feel like the person who didn't get an honest evaluation because someone had to pick up their sick kid from school.

I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter and was set to move forward with my next interview but never heard back. On the phone screen, the recruiter asked me on the spot if I was vaxx'd and went on a 5 minute rant about women empowerment within the company. Which is fine, but I'd rather not talk politics with a recruiter I barely knew. She was very excited to move me to the next round, tried to schedule it via e-mail and I responded with available times and I never heard back. I followed up a few more times and am now moving on.

Time from application to interview was fast, but coordination and response was slow. Overall, the questions were a bit general and I was unable to get a sense of the actual position need.

4 rounds of interviews. First interview is a screening call. Second is a meeting with the client strategist. Third meeting is with GM Fourth and final meeting is a vibe check with the team.
