Entrevista
Initial phone call from HR person. Very friendly. Second step was a rather long discussion with two engineers. Friendly again, but not very organized. At the end of the discussion, I felt like we could become friends chatting about life, but I felt like we didn't really get to talk about the meat of the job so much.

Entrevista
First interview with the recruiter to see if i'm good fit.
Then got the technical interview with Director or research, and QA manager plus one senior developer. The interview took about 2 hours. Immediately after the hr interview too about 30 minutes. The next day i got contected by Hr to follow up. Very professional process.
