Initial 30-45 minute interview/screening with Hiring Manager. Hiring Manager was easy to talk to and was very engaged. I was informed the next rounds would be meeting with the Business Analysts team, and a Technical team. I got invited for a 1 hour long panel interview with the BA team (4 people total), during this time 2 interviewers were blatantly not paying attention (clearly doing other work) and did not engage with me but once or twice, there was one person who was firing questions but did not further engage after my answers either. It was quite an uncomfortable experience, and felt like I was wasting the two other members' time. Additionally, I never heard back from Radian. I interviewed in early April 2021, it has now been 6 weeks since the last interview. They are losing good candidates to other companies with their slow/disorganized process. I ended up accepting an offer with Big 4.
