Entrevista
3 levels of interviews with increasing complexity and challenge.
1st Level: HR Screening interview with HR Director. Validated credentials, experience and suitability (Salary range expectations)
2nd Level: 2 Hr long interview with CTO. Structured with Q&A on both technical knowledge and operations/leadership. Was very bi-directional discussion.
3rd Level: 1/2 day 2 x 2 Hr Panel interviews with middle management team, consisting of Ops, Sales, marketing, Technology, Network that was very technical and second panel with CxO team to talk about the business.

Requested my opinion on what I would do in a number of very challenging (no win) actual senarios where customer operations were severely impacted. Some were very sensitive and the right answer might be not to fully commit to an answer.
