3 Step Evaluation: Step 1. An in call interview with a HR Officer Step 2. In person test including - aptitude test, typing test, HR Interview Step 3. Final Interview with operations team(For me there were 6 interviewers) to test spoken English and compatibility with the position.

The interview process was simple yet effective. Phone assessment followed by written exam followed by interview. The process took a bit longer than but well within range and duration. I was also given a brief of what kind of challenges i may need to face and what was expected of me.
