There were 3 rounds: 1. general chat with HR (Lilly) 2. 90 minutes with Marcelo (Engineering Manager) and Rana (Senior Software Engineer) 3. 45 mins chat with Director of Build (Wayne) This interview's stood out as the best interview's I've had to really get to know each other. Everyone who interviewed me made me feel relaxed to reduce anxiety meaning I could answer questions without the interview situation getting in the way. Kudo to the Radically Digital team!

3-phased process, initially with Head of People, then peer / SME Agile Delivery Specialist and finally with the CEO. Totally different from what I was used to. Even though I could tell they were probing and extracting insights, it all felt like a normal conversation. Everyone was upbeat and energetic. Almost fully focused on human skills, seasoned with some more technical aspects which were clearly filters to understand if I knew what I was talking about.
