3-phased process, initially with Head of People, then peer / SME Agile Delivery Specialist and finally with the CEO. Totally different from what I was used to. Even though I could tell they were probing and extracting insights, it all felt like a normal conversation. Everyone was upbeat and energetic. Almost fully focused on human skills, seasoned with some more technical aspects which were clearly filters to understand if I knew what I was talking about.
